What is your return policy?

A: We offer returns within 15 days of purchase for products that were not part of a final sale and are still in new, unused condition. Please note that products must be in their original packaging and products received in brand packaging should be returned in their original unbroken shrink wrapped packaging. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

A: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, including packaging. We recommend using the same shipping method and packaging in which the items were originally shipped to you.

How does the refund process work?

A: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are in new condition. If the items pass inspection, we will issue a refund. Please note that if the items were damaged during shipping due to inadequate packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

A: It can take up to 7 days from the date we receive the returned items to process the refund. Additionally, please allow an additional 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
