Chefs Knife in Buckeye Burl
$600
Description
This 9" blade is forged by local blacksmiths in Sakai City, Osaka Japan using traditional practices that date back centuries. Handcrafted from high-carbon White II steel and a Wa Style handle made from Buckeye Burl, it is both elegant and useful, a must-have for any kitchen.
Note: We think the patina is beautiful, unique and like a snowflake no two are alike. It’s a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife. The blade will develop a natural patina and darken with use, and it may also stain if acidic food residue is not promptly removed.
