This Veggie Cleaver is a great, light weight all-around kitchen knife.  Made from high-carbon steel, the blade on this knife comes in at 5.5 inches and is about 11.25” in overall length. It’s fitted with a Hawaiian Mango handle with Buckeye ferrule and black G10 pins.

Note: We think the patina is beautiful, unique and like a snowflake no two are alike. It’s a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife. The blade will develop a natural patina and darken with use, and it may also stain if acidic food residue is not promptly removed.
