A handcrafted Veggie Cleaver, forged by hand from high carbon White II steel, features a lean and tall 138mm long cutting edge and a handle made from a gorgeous piece of Curly Cinnamon wood. It's tailor-made for tackling veggie prep, especially for mondo-sized greens like cabbage. Yet this cleaver delivers on every type of cutting and slicing and array of fruits, veggies, and proteins.
Note: We think the patina is beautiful, unique and like a snowflake no two are alike. It’s a sign of a well-used, well-loved knife. The blade will develop a natural patina and darken with use, and it may also stain if acidic food residue is not promptly removed.
